Shape Global Enterprise Services strategy and transformation for Finance Delivery Unit, build a clear roadmap in collaboration with Business Functions, Process Owners, Service Delivery and Digital & Technology stakeholders, and define business outcomes (i.e., user experience, value creation, etc.).
