Director, Global Transaction Advisory – Due Diligence

Alvarez & Marsal is looking for an experienced Assistant Director / Director to join our Transaction Advisory Group in Manchester. In this role, you will lead financial due diligence on transactions and develop strong client relationships. You will also guide junior team members and collaborate with colleagues across Europe.

The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, 3-7 years of Transaction Advisory experience, and excel in financial analysis. A commitment to teamwork and fostering a positive work environment is essential.
