**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Develop and execute state and regional government affairs strategies that advance business priorities in partnership with regional leadership teams.
+ Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with elected officials, government agencies, policymakers, community leaders, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with state trade associations to influence legislative, regulatory, and policy outcomes that impact the business.
+ Represent Heidelberg Materials North America in governmental, industry, and stakeholder forums while serving as a trusted company advocate.
