Director Growth Marketing

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Director, Growth Marketing leads the strategy, development and implementation of comprehensive marketing programs required to build brand awareness, generate pipeline and drive customer acquisition. The incumbent directly oversees multiple marketing functions including Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing and Field Marketing, while partnering closely with our Enterprise Analytics team to enable data-driven growth strategies. The Director, Growth Marketing serves as the enterprise leader for acquisition marketing initiatives and is accountable for delivering measurable pipeline contribution, marketing ROI and new customer growth through integrated marketing campaigns and performance driven execution.
