Responsibilities
- Handle customers' needs to design and create hairstyles, provide hair scalp treatment, single and double hair color, mud treatment, re-bonding, head spa, bleach hair, shampoo & blow.
- Handle equipment in the salon.
- Oversee and manage salon inventory, and be involved in salon promotions, events & roadshows.
- Create and enhance strong relationships with customers and keep track of their appointments.
- Provide professional training to new staff.
- Deal with difficult salon situations such as client complaints.
- Excellent knowledge of the beauty therapy industry and always keep an up-to-date skill set.
- Possess professional skills in hairstyling.
- Possess hairstyling certifications from accredited schools.
- Relevant experience in the beauty industry.
- Knowledgeable in different hair types.
