Salary Range CHF 142,100.00 - CHF 263,900.00 Job Description Summary LI#- Hybrid, Location: Basel, Switzerland As a Therapeutic Area Biomarker Lead (TABL) in the Biomarker Development (BMD) group, you are accountable for defining and delivering biomarker strategies for the Immunology portfolio across multiple drug development programs in early and late clinical stages. You translate preclinical mechanistic understanding into indication‑relevant biomarker strategies, develop clinical fit‑for‑purpose biomarker plans, oversee integration into clinical protocols, and lead scientific and strategic discussions within project teams and governance meetings. You serve as a key member of global project teams, lead the Biomarker and Diagnostic teams, engage translation data science teams, and provide strategic input aligned to the portfolio.
