**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**
Responsible to provide strategic direction and leadership for staffing systems and strategy within Department of Nursing. Serves as a resource to manage daily operations of clinical staffing with the expectation of long-term financial savings through enhanced utilization, scheduling, and deployment of staff. Provides coordination of staff services across the organization with the intent of creating improved responsiveness to patient needs.
