Job Description
The firm is recruiting a Director to its International Structuring practice. Directors hold senior client relationships, lead the firm's most complex structuring matters, and own the practice's intellectual capital across the major jurisdictions in which the firm operates.
The role combines deep technical expertise — across private client tax, corporate structuring, and trust law — with the seniority to advise principals and family principals directly. An established network across counsel, trustees, and private banking is expected.
The role carries direct P&L contribution and mentoring responsibility for the broader structuring team.
Requirements
- 10+ years' relevant experience, with a substantive book of senior relationships
- Origination track record in the relevant practice area
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior principal in mandate
- Cross-border execution credibility
