New Role
The Director, Investments, Development will report directly to the Vice President, Development & Construction and play a lead role in evaluating and advancing purpose-built rental and mixed‑use development opportunities across Park’s growing portfolio. Working alongside internal teams and external consultants, the successful candidate will help guide projects from early‑stage feasibility and planning through to execution and substantial completion.
