**Overview**
**This position will be a 5 day/week onsite role, based at one of our U.S. facilities within our nationwide network.**
The Director, Last Mile Transportation, owns end-to-end processes for the delivery of customer orders. This leader is responsible for ODP’s private delivery fleet and strategic national/regional carrier contracts, including, but not limited to, carrier management, routing/allocation, fleet management, and corresponding P&L ownership. The Director, Last Mile Transportation, will blend, setting strategic direction with innovative solutions to existing problems and tactical execution through their team. This leader has strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
