Responsibilities
- Evaluating structuring and executing new deals along with the coverage & credit team; the focus will be on fund financing transactions (including capital call / subscription line facilities NAV/asset-backed facilities hybrid facilities co-invest and SMA facilities involving private equity debt credit real estate and infrastructure funds;
- Take a proactive approach to deal origination conduct analysis propose debt structures and help develop solutions for clients and help differentiate FAB vis--vis market competitors;
- Hands-on role to modelling documentation and engagement with internal parties and external advisors;
- Prepare and efficiently process credit approval packages;
- Assist in developing internal framework for internal credit rating of new products;
- Run internal models including risk ratings;
- Liaise with external credit agencies to obtain credit ratings;
