Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for actively participating in all aspects of transaction origination and execution of M&A Advisory (buy-side and sell-side transactions), and Equity Capital Markets transactions (e.g., IPOs, rights issues, block trades, follow‑on offerings, etc.) in order to achieve P&L targets for Global M&A Advisory and ECM in line with GCF’s strategy and budget objectives. The role holder is also responsible for collaborating with other Client Service and Product teams to ensure superior service for the clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Assists and supports A&ECM’s Exec Directors and Directors in originating and executing various M&A advisory and equity capital market transactions with a primary focus on Egypt
- Manages certain aspects of transaction execution as determined by the relevant transaction leader
