Our client is an exclusive boutique M&A and Corporate Development advisory firm specializing in cross-border acquisitions for industrial groups and platforms backed by private equity funds. Highly international, the firm advises its clients on mid -market transactions (enterprise value between €10 million and €50 million) across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.
