Position Summary
Senior‑level strategic leadership and oversight for all Kardium manufacturing sites.
Hybrid work arrangement located in Burnaby, BC.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor the team of Plant or Senior Manufacturing Managers for all Kardium manufacturing sites and provide coaching to improve operational excellence.
- Develop long‑range operating plans and strategies to achieve Kardium’s production growth and commercialization goals.
- Build a collaborative, high‑performance culture across all sites, focusing on employee engagement and retention, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Ensure workforce training programs are standardized to deliver quality and consistency across all manufacturing operations.
