What is the opportunity?
The incumbent will be a leader with strong business and financial acumen who can steer the business to meet its vision, mission, and long‑term goals. The role supports the Head of Client Operations Malaysia and is part of the Senior Management Team. The candidate will lead daily operations and global strategic initiatives, interacting with other CACEIS offices and product lines across APAC/Europe.
What will you do?
Main responsibilities and requirements:
- Accountable for operational excellence of day‑to‑day activities & production goals of Market Solutions, ensuring services to APAC/Europe clients meet standards and objectives.
- Collaborate with Product, Global Client Coverage, Group Risk Management, and Front Office to deliver enhanced client experience.
