Position Scope: The Director will be responsible for leading transformative marketing technology and operational projects across the department. Current technology scope includes CRM/ERM, email marketing, social media, website, content management, client engagement, automation, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and collaboration tools.
The Director will also focus on delivering assessment metrics, technology solutions, and process changes with a view to streamlining processes and creating efficiencies in how they work.
