**Job Description**
Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean for Assessment, Evaluation, and Accreditation, the Director of Assessment and Evaluation (Director) is responsible for managing all aspects of the assessment and evaluation of the undergraduate medical education program. The Director is responsible for both learner and program assessment data that leads to programmatic decision-making and planning, institutional accreditation, and continuous quality improvement.
Working in close collaboration with Admissions, Curricular Affairs, Student Affairs and other medical education units, the Director helps develop and implement effective assessment strategies and tools to strengthen the medical school’s academic processes.
**Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree or equivalent job experience required in related field required, or a Bachelor?s degree with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in assessment and evaluation.
