Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement the overall strategy for the Support Division; lead, coach, and develop department heads to ensure business objectives are achieved. HR & Administration: Oversee administrative operations across multiple markets; manage global HR policies; and drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and workplace effectiveness.
