Position Summary
The Director of Business Development will drive strategic growth across our USA markets. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in Architectural or Construction sales to lead our expansion in the Life Sciences, Advanced Technology, and Healthcare sectors. You will bridge the gap between design concepts and built realities, selling our integrated EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and Design-Build capabilities to sophisticated clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Architecture: Build and manage a robust pipeline of construction and design opportunities, specifically targeting Major Capital Projects and complex retrofits.
- Delivery Method Expertise: Promote IPS’s versatility by effectively selling various delivery models, including Design-Build, CM at-Risk, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) .
