Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 USD/year (DOE)

4+ years working at a service-based digital marketing agency (e.g., SEO/paid media for home services, dentists, or law firms). 2+ years in a Director-level Client Services or Client Success role at a marketing agency. Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing teams (SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Web) with accountability to results. Live in LATAM or the US.Who We Are
