Job Description

  • Lead and oversee commercial activities across multiple projects
  • Contribute to structuring and developing the commercial function, processes, and governance
  • Manage cost planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract management
  • Ensure effective commercial control throughout project delivery
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management
  • Act as a key interface between project teams and leadership

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field
  • Strong experience in cost management / quantity surveying
  • Proven track record on large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts and financial dynamics (including inflation and currency aspects)
  • Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market (regulations, practices, stakeholders)
  • Fluent in English
