They seek a Director of Construction to lead and build out their internal General Contracting function. This is a key, high-impact hire reporting directly to ownership, with responsibility for establishing structure, processes, and execution across a growing pipeline of work.
- $30M in active backlog, 3-year pipeline across retail and mixed-use developments
- Ongoing local development work, mixed-use and commercial projects ($3M–$10M range)
Position Summary
The Director of Construction will be responsible for building and operationalizing the GC arm of the business. This individual will oversee preconstruction, field execution, subcontractor management, and hiring, while working closely with ownership to scale operations.
