Head of Credit Strategy & Underwriting (Founding Team)
At Sureti, we are looking for a senior professional to lead the development of our credit risk and underwriting function from an early stage of growth.
We're not looking for a traditional analyst or someone with a purely quantitative background. We're looking for someone who has been involved in real-world credit decisions, understands how to balance growth and risk, and enjoys building policies, processes, tools, and governance from the ground up in a dynamic environment.
This position offers significant exposure to the founding team, participation in strategic business decisions, and the potential to become a key member of the senior team. It includes a stock option structure.
