Specific Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Development strategic plan. Anticipate resourcing requirements and ensure that the correct skill sets and resources are available to meet the strategic plan.
- Be accountable for revenue and profit of the Development division. Working in conjunction with the line manager, develop revenue targets and deliver to these targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop leads into secured contracts that meet the strategic aims.
- Develop and deliver professional briefings and oral presentations to clients, potential clients and industry partners.
- Maintain and monitor competition and market trends in Development.
- Manage Training and Development staff. Define roles, responsibilities and objectives for all consultants. Carry out annual performance reviews for Development staff. Establish individual development plans for all consultants to ensure maximum utilisat...
