In this role you will:
  • Manages a team of IT professionals (direct and indirect reports) and is responsible for proactive & reactive digital application operations in the production environment and a strong advocate of SRE culture & hands-on practice.

  • You celebrate service outages prevented rather than responded to, and have a continuous improvement mindset in both processes and tooling.

  • Own assigned application support portfolio and manage relationships with key stakeholders, and can effective create and maintain application service metrics

  • Develop, execute, align, and maintain operational strategies for client facing applications to deliver innovative short, medium, and long term solutions while managing a team that provides 24/7 day to day support
