We are looking for a visionary Director of Engineering to lead our Guest Identity & Personalization capabilities. This role is at the center of everything we do within the Guest Experience Technology team, and is responsible for bridging the gap between complex data architecture and seamless, high-impact guest experiences. You will lead an engineering organization dedicated to building and evolving the inner workings of our marketing engine, ensuring we know exactly who our guests are and how to talk to them across every single touchpoint.
