Take charge of EHS strategy and compliance with Johnson Controls as the Director of Environmental Health & Safety. Lead multiple manufacturing sites in North America, nurturing a culture of Zero Harm.
As the EHS Director, you will drive the strategy for safety and sustainability across multiple sites in North America for the Silent-Aire business unit. You will oversee EHS Managers while ensuring regulatory compliance, embedding safety into Lean practices, and advising senior leadership on EHS matters. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards across facilities.
