Job Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision Serve as the senior engineering authority reporting to the Executive Director, providing clear, forward‑looking advice on engineering risks, investments, and operational strategy. Define and execute a long‑term engineering vision aligned with the Integrated Resort's business objectives, guest experience, and regulatory obligations. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and out‑of‑the‑box thinking within the engineering organization. Lead by example with a visible, hands‑on leadership style while maintaining executive‑level governance and direction.
