This is a part-time hybrid role for a Director of Finance and Administration, located in Singapore with the flexibility to work from home. The role involves overseeing financial planning and reporting, preparing financial statements, and conducting in-depth financial analysis. Additionally, the Director will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in the administrative management of the organization.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and manage complex financial data Strong organizational and administrative abilities Proven experience in leadership and decision-making roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Experience with finance-related software is an advantage
