Responsible for driving strong financial performance at the hotel through effective accounting controls and the application of established legal policies and procedures. In addition, leads the team and serves as a strategic advisor to the General Manager and Executive Committee in making critical financial decisions for the property.
- Leads the hotel's daily financial planning and overall budgeting process in collaboration with the General Manager and Executive Committee.
- Oversees all finance functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and revenue auditing.
- Maximizes the hotel's cash flow performance.
- Establishes, monitors, and enforces appropriate controls over all revenue, expenses, and asset protection.
