Bath & Bronze is seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee and grow our kitchen and bath division. This role will lead showroom retail sales, builder programs, and the future expansion of contractor counter sales. The Director of Kitchen & Bath Sales will manage showroom leadership, develop builder relationships, drive sales performance, and help build scalable systems as the company expands.
Responsibilities include overseeing showroom sales operations, growing builder partnerships, coaching the sales team, protecting gross margins, and developing contractor sales programs.
