Director of Nursing (DON) - Hospice
Location: Houston, TX
Overview:
Our organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to provide leadership, oversee compliance activities, and support quality improvement initiatives. This hybrid role includes both office and field responsibilities within a hospice or home health setting.
Position Offers:
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Rotating on-call every 3 weeks
• Competitive compensation: $95,000 $105,000 annually (DOE)
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days in the field
