The Director of Care will lead nursing teams and define clinical programs, ensuring residents receive top-notch care. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will drive compliance with standards and facilitate quality improvement projects across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct all nursing and clinical programs within the home
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations
• Conduct Ministry inspections and audits
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and team performance management
• Oversee clinical outcome monitoring and safety measures
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario
