Job Overview – Director of Nursing (RN):
Compensation: $60 – $65/hour
Location: Newark, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with required rotating weekend on-call coverage

This leadership role oversees clinical quality, risk management, infection control, and staff performance while ensuring full regulatory compliance. You will guide nursing teams, manage clinical policies, and partner with medical and operational leadership to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
