Job Description

Job Summary:


  • We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations at a 106-bed skilled nursing facility. This leadership role requires prior Director of Nursing (DON) or equivalent supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility (no exceptions). A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available (limited time, two-year payout).

  • The Director of Nursing manages the facility's nursing program in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act, state and federal regulations, and organizational policies.

  • Bonus Eligible: Yes

  • Travel Required: Yes, Occasionally
