**Primary Job Functions**
+ • Develop and execute integrated business strategies for construction and IFM that align with company objectives and regional operational conditions. With a focus on collaboration and execution related to CBRE Safety initiatives and Near Miss Good Catch program.• Participate in strategic planning initiatives and drive the implementation of enterprise‑wide best practices across both service lines. • Prepare and manage detailed regional P&L budgets, monitor expenditures, lead financial reporting, and ensure overall financial accountability and performance. This will include developing and executing an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in conjunction with our Finance & Accounting partners through managing revenue, COP, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable deliverables. • Partner with business development teams to grow the portfolio, support capture and proposal efforts, and shape project scopes and objectives for both IFM and c...
