Scaffolding, rigging knowledge

90% of projects in Manhattan

Good standing with architects/ engineers & management companies

Understanding of plans, projects and scope execution

Understand when change orders apply

Understand AIA docs

Communicate with office, PMs and shop personnel

Estimating assistance

Project progress monitoring

Project planning

Good working knowledge of outlook, virtual meetings, Microsoft office, blue beam

Allowance quantity monitoring

8 years + experience

Continual follow up on bids and open proposals
