Robert Half is looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize the operational functions of our client's organization. Responsibilities:
+ Oversee daily operations and guide the Operations team, including mentoring and supervising staff such as the Operations Analyst.
+ Conduct performance evaluations for Administrative Directors and other operational personnel.
