Job Description
Our client is a luxury boutique hotel group with more than 10 locations in Bali, headquartered in Ubud. With a growing portfolio of unique properties of 4* and 5* star hotel units in prime locations of Bali, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit hotel operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistent implementation of company standards across all properties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel/resort operations within senior leadership roles (e.g., Hotel Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, Director of Operations, or Resort Manager)
- Strong background in managing resort or multi-unit operations with solid business and commercial understanding
- Proven experience working in Bali, with in-depth familiarity of the Ubud market; currently based in Bali is preferred (Gianyar area is an advantage)
