Summary: The director of ops/strategy strategic and operational leader, supporting the cofounder in driving company-wide planning, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level initiatives. This role focuses on adding structure, managing processes, and ensuring alignment across teams to achieve company goals. The director of ops/strategy will also act as a key representative of the Sentient cofounder, guiding informed decisions, writing on their behalf, and fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution Lead annual and quarterly planning, ensuring all teams are aligned with strategic goals.
