As the Director of Partner Strategy, you will develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy that fosters growth. Engage with Actionstep Certified Partners, Referral Partners, and Integration Partners to ensure an effective partner ecosystem. Essential responsibilities include managing partner relationships, increasing partner-generated ARR, and coordinating marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own partner relationships to exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate with ISV team for ticket revenues
• Prepare annual partner budgets and conduct reviews
