Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Director with an established track record in the fit out sector across London and the South East. This is a senior position for someone who already has deep industry relationships, understands the market inside out, and can generate opportunities through their existing network. This is not a role for someone trying to “break into” fit out or build contacts from scratch. Extensive fit out experience and the proven ability to bring in work are absolute requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all pre-construction activities from initial enquiry through to contract award
- Identify and secure new project opportunities within the fit out sector
- Use your existing industry contacts and network to generate new business
