Provide strategic leadership across Kids Club and Beach Activity operations ensuring a safe, engaging, and high‑quality guest environment. Curate and continuously enhance innovative, age‑appropriate programs that support children’s social, physical, and cognitive development. Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility management, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery. Establish and uphold rigorous safety standards, ensuring full compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing team through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance culture aligned with Wynn’s service values.
