**Summary:**
The Director of Retail and Specialty Pharmacy Services provides enterprise‑wide leadership and accountability for UTMB’s retail community pharmacies and specialty pharmacy programs, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant, and patient‑centered medication access across all sites of care. The Director is responsible for multi‑site strategy and operations, accreditation and regulatory compliance, financial performance, growth, payer and network enablement in partnership with Managed Care, and seamless integration with Medication Access, Infusion, and Clinical Services.
