Director of Sales and Marketing: This role will oversee marketing, sales, revenue, reservations, and events across all properties. This role will provide structure, align strategies, streamline processes, and support on-the-ground teams to ensure clear ownership, prioritization, and timely delivery of key initiatives as we scale.
