Job Description
As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be a key member of the Executive Committee, responsible for shaping and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies. You will lead high‑performing teams, cultivate strategic partnerships, and position the hotel as a preferred choice across corporate, MICE, and leisure segments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Strategy
Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share.
Drive business development initiatives by securing new accounts while strengthening existing client relationships.
Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management team to optimise pricing strategies, distribution channels, and business mix.
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
