Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the Leisure, Corporate and Transient Sales team at the hotel and deploy creative, dynamic, and impactful business strategies to achieve annual budget and crossover targets. As Director of Sales, you will oversee commercial strategies for the sales team, with the goal of improving performance by aligning strategy with business processes that drive revenue across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Events. Key deliverables include setting sales deployment plans, optimizing team composition, and establishing a predictive and prescriptive cadence of activities to drive performance.
