**Summary of Responsibilities**
Apply strategic level thinking, risk management and the ability to navigate family dynamics involving unique investments, tax structures and family-specific financial goals. Apply extensive knowledge of tax and accounting principles to assist with estate planning and administration pertaining to closely held businesses. Responsible for tax filings and financial statement reporting for closely held businesses, exempt orgs, and trusts.
