Fabletics is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Strategy & Operations - Global Product Development & Sourcing, to lead the creation, execution, and continuous improvement of the company’s global product development calendar and sourcing strategy. This individual will play a critical role in aligning sourcing, production, design, and merchandising functions to deliver high-quality products efficiently and at optimal cost.
Reporting to the SVP of Product Development & Sourcing, the Director will drive cross-functional initiatives that strengthen supplier partnerships, enhance operational efficiency, and leverage data and AI to improve sourcing decisions.
