Job Purpose:
The Director of Teaching & Learning leads the development of high-quality teaching and learning across the School. This role works closely with members of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure a clear, consistent and effective approach to curriculum implementation, instructional practice and professional learning.
The Director fosters a structured, inclusive and high-expectation learning environment that reflects the School's Vision, Mission and Values. The role requires clear leadership, the ability to think strategically to support the School's continued growth and development, and a visible presence to support staff and students.
A central responsibility of the role is to build staff capability through high-quality professional development, instructional coaching and ongoing support, ensuring that teachers are equipped to deliver effective and engaging learning experiences.
